Quite disappointed
There is only one heating element, so despite having two drawers, only one temperature can be applied across both sides. There is a timer function which can be set to different times for each drawer, but only remind the user to put food in as both drawers will always be at the same temperature. As such I feel a bit conned and would not want anyone else to make the same mistake.

Impossible to use as a large basket
Bought this as we already have a smaller air fryer and wanted one with a larger capacity, this claimed to have two baskets, small and large. Huh, you need a vice and more to try and make this one big basket. And you would need to do this on a regular basis, no thank you. I can't speak for its cooking quality as it went straight back.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Russell Hobbs Satisfry Snappi 27290 8.5L Air Fryer - Black: The baskets will fit a dish that is 23cm wide side to side or diagonally, but it will only fit a 22cm dish front to back. It may even fit a 22.5cm dish front to back.
There's a bracket that mates the two baskets together, and that's the limiting factor front to back. The circle in this image is a 23cm circular dish, and it's slightly interfering with the bracket.

No, it does not, see my 4 star review which has a typo in it. It should say NO energy saving. This is because since both sides heat at all times

You can choose from 8 pre-set cooking programmes: fries, fish, egg, chicken, bake, steak, dehydrate and vegetable. Plus, you can use a manual setting with temperatures ranging from 30-200°C in 5°C increments, so you're in complete control.
