Functions really well as described and looks very smart, matching my RH kettle. Very pleased and good value for money. The only downside is that not all the crumbs drop into the crumb tray, many stay on the curved edge just above the crumb tray. Not easy to dislodge.

I bought this a month ago to replace a20+ year old model. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed and will shortly be returning it. At first I was not happy with the setting reliability- sometimes toasted perfectly but other times burnt bread at the same setting. Now the on lever will only stay down after repeated attempts
