Great toaster, does what is says on the tin!
I bought this a few weeks back and we have only had crumpets on it, easy to use and great price, percieve it will stand the test of time.

Disappointing
I bought on basis of reviews. Perhaps I didn't read closely enough. If you like unevenly toasted bread and inconsistent results this would be the ideal toaster for you. About the only thing going for it would be the lift up feature.

What a Crunch!!
Bought to replace an old Dualit unit. The power of this model is great, fairly sturdy with robust controls.

Russell Hobbs Jasmine Toaster
This is one of the best toasters I have used with the 'look and see' being the most useful and desirable feature. In fact, it was th reason why I bought the toaster above all others. Sadly however, the toaster sold to me as new (as you expect from Argos) had been used. Being coeliac, this was an even bigger problem as it could have made me extremely ill if I had used it. Needless to say I returned the item for a refund. No replacements of the same type were available. In the end I went to Tesco and found the same product £8 cheaper! It was also available in Currys. In short, a great toaster but let down by Argos.

It looks and works a treat in my kitchen
As soon as I saw this toaster I had to have it. It has a good makers name

Slots to small
Why do toaster maufacturers make the slots so small that bread has to be forced in? Very disappointing.

Easy to use for all.
No issues with this. It's great for what we need

Good but not perfect
This was bought to replace an ear;ier Russell Hobbs model. Early impressions are that it is not as good as the old one - the buttons are too small and the brownin g control less sensitive, but the toast is OK.
