About this product
Clip this compact reading light onto your book or e-reader and you'll get warm white illumination exactly where you need it, making late-night reading more comfortable without disturbing anyone nearby. Excellent for night reading
Bought one of these for my wife, having been bought one myself a couple of years ago. It is more expensive than some but the battery life is great, the build quality is much sturdier than cheaper options and the light intensity is ideal. Great for reading in the middle of the night if you don’t want to wake your partner!

Ideal for bedtime reading
I needed some additional lighting to enable me to read in bed. My bedside light isn't really bright enough. I tried one of those lights you drape round your neck but it's uncomfortable when leaning back against the bed head. This Book Light is ideal. The clip is strong and the arm can be bent to whichever angle is wanted. I felt it's definitely worth the price.

Having checked the instructions for the light. Turn on the light by pressing the ON/OFF button located above the clip on the front of the light. Holding the button down will dim and brighten the light.

"There is a small indicator light that will be red while charging and turn green once the light is fully charged. The battery will take approx. 1 hour to charge from flat."

“ The maximum effective clamp distance of the Mighty Bright Warm Recharge LED Book Light - Black would be 15mm – 20mm but this would depend on the type of surface. A shiny or slippery surface would decrease the effective distance significantly. ”

Hello Jay. The Mighty Bright Warm Recharge LED Book Light is designed to clip onto books. As some monitors and laptops vary in size this is difficult to answer. The newer laptops have a much slimmer manufacture but older models are wider, so this is not something that can be answered in a general term.
