Improved but not perfect
This looks great and is light weight and nice to hold. However it easily over heats and cuts out. You have to wait a minute before it will come back on. This is my second dryer with the same problem. The new wider slimmer nozzle has improved the dryer.

Thought I would invest in the Airshot pro, love cloud nine products. At first the air shot pro was amazing, then I had issues were it would not start up, so sadly I have sent it back for a full refund as not cheap.

Brought this at salon international in October, medium heat setting is still cool , sent the first one back and they replaced it but the replacement is no better, the medium heat is too cool and the hot is to hot and occasionally won’t turn on at all 🙈

The New Airshot Pro
It is light weight so easy to handle and dries your hair I find a lot quicker. I have been using cloud nine products for a few years and never had any issues.

Disappointing :(
Not sure on this, doesn’t seem as powerful as my daughter’s GHD hairdryer. I never have to use straighteners when I use hers as it dries my hair straight. So disappointed so far with this product :(

Powe issue
I like the size of the nozel, it goes well with the lower flow. Im marking low because the dryer sometimes doesnt come on, the lights flash but thats it. Not sure why. I actually have to leave it and use my other dryer.
