Bought this machine about 2weeks really quiet and a large 9 kg drum ,only disappointing thing for me is Hotpoint cutting the electrical lead by half so had to get an electrician to move the plug point

Faulty washing machine
Hi good morning very bad customer service from Hotpoint bought the new machine from Argos and when our machine arrived we open as soon as we turned it on code came up engineer came said manufacturing fault mother board is not working since after engineer visit I am on the phone to Argos struggling to get help … Hotpoint is not responding… I have 4 school going kids and not washing machine spending money on laundry while.. much more to write I am so much upset.. very disappointed with customer service … if any one please help me after this message I really appreciate… thanks

You may wash a full 9kg load at 60 degrees. The spin is 1351 RPM and the cycle time is 3hrs 45min. Reducing the load will reduce the washing time.
