Had this little over a month now & it's so quiet. Only negative thing I can find is the door lock makes a strange "cranking" noise just before the cycle starts. Im hoping it's meant to? But it's so smooth & quiet. Very pleased.

I can advise that Hotpoint advise that you leave an adequate gap of 2-3 inches at the back for ventilation and drainage connections, plus about an inch on each side to allow for airflow.

You may wash a full 9kg load at 60 degrees. The spin is 1351 RPM and the cycle time is 3hrs 45min. Reducing the load will reduce the washing time.
