Smart TV
Great TV. Quite easy to set up (although someone did it for us) but being elderly folk we have found it rather hard to get our minds round. Too much to choose from and often we just want to watch The News at Ten. Sometimes we wish it wasn't Smart. Just ordinary. I hope we get used to it! Excellent picture, and we haven't needed an aerial.

Hello Kev.
After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the LG 43 Inch 43QNED756RA Smart 4K UHD HDR QNED Freeview TV.
Yes, if your TV is tuned into Freeview or Freesat, it will be able to access the BBC Red Button service, which provides interactive content such as news, sports, weather, and more. While it's not the old BBC Text (Ceefax), it offers a modern digital alternative.

It doesnt have a freesat tuner, BUT it does have a satellite input, connect your dish to the TV, and you can get freesat channels and more, the only thing you dont get is the full TV guide, like you do on freeview, it only shows the current program and the following program for each channel.
Oh yes, you can also record freesat programs as you can on freeview, using a hard drive connected by USB
