Unblocked the block
Did the job brilliantly. I had to unblock the outflow from my bathroom (I will spare you the details) on a cold and rainy winter night. This did the job. Simple and cheap, but for occasional use great.

It was easy to fix and easy to use and most importantly it does what it is supposed to do. Getting the plunger screwed on was a bit difficult but it was a tight fit so I wasn't worried it was going to get undone in the pipe.

They WOULD be suitable IF the toilet is blocked because the underground waste pipes OUTSIDE the house are blocked! This type of blockage would affect ALL water draining from your home, ie kitchen sink, dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom sink, shower and bath. You are likely to find water or sewage leaking from a manhole cover or drain near the manhole cover if you run kitchen tap. Or if you lift any manhole covers ON the property and you see it blocked or filled with waste water and sewage.

These WORKPRO 12 Piece Drain Rod Set are for use in pipes outside your house. It shouldn't be used for blockages inside the house (eg blocked sinks or toilets). You would need a domestic plunger.
