Watch is great i bought the same Casio watch at least ten year. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is. You'd thank a watch would be able to go through the letter box. Not when it's packed in a 12inch square box

Bought as a birthday gift for elder grandson. Its substantially reduced price was attractive. Our first choice was out of stock, and we were advised that this might be a prelude to it being discontinued! I took the opportunity to pay for a three-year warranty. Impossible to assess further as the gift has yet to be presented

Almost bulletproof
It's a watch. It's a Casio with the heritage that entails. It's good value, a reliable clear timepiece with a 10 year battery. I don't have to worry if I bash it or get it wet whilst working. I keep my posh watch for best and this for everyday use.

Really pleased with this watch, I definitely didn’t need it, but after reading watch recommendations and the price being almost give away- I had to buy. Takes me back nearly 40 years. Useful watch, waterproof to 40 metres, handy when you don’t want to be wearing a more valuable one. Easy set up, date date time, stop watch and several alarms. Backlit for the dark.

Son disappointed with back light when pressed. It s a tiny green in the corner and needs hard pressing. With a reputable watch company like this, should have a led white bright light.

"Del Boy" would have bought dozens of these. Cheaper on promotion than a new battery. Got all the essentials other than radio controlled time keeping. Got a young boy or girl that wants a watch then this is a great starter watch. Don't want to wear a G-Shock all the time then this, according to some reviews, can take a bit of bashing. For the £11.50 I paid there isn't may watches with 50m water resist.

So you do not need to press the light button for the time to appear — only to light it up.
