Good but heavy
Purchased a week ago. Really like it but it is quite heavy and both the mop and the handheld do hurt your hands, but it does the job. We’ve found the water tank leaks a little but it isn’t tok much of a problem as we empty it once finished and put away.

Great cleaner for the price
Have now used the steam cleaner on bathroom tiles and tiled floors. The vax is easy to use well designed and practical. Pleased with the cleaner and would recommend it

Terrible product - barely any steam comes out of this so my expectations were quickly shattered. I would definitely not recommend spending the money on this - get a better product spend a bit more. Feels like a very expensive mop!

This is the second time buying this steam mop. It can be used on carpet has many extra attachments Can use it as hand held to deep clean Has a water and detergent section. Ticks all the boxes so bought another.

Seems good on first usage.
Set-up is straightforward. A small bottle of Vax detergent is included. Lots of small tools for the handheld set-up. Price is good. On first usage, this steamer seems good. I bought a steamer before (different brand) a few years ago and had it replaced because the steam stopped coming out. The same thing happened again, so I had a refund. I'm hoping this Vax machine doesn't do this. It would be handy to have a second cloth mop-head included in the box. It gets dirty quickly and needs washing.

Reasonable for the price but hard to use
I have had this product for a few months now, it’s great for cleaning the floors and plug holes but the hand held part is just not powerful enough to deal with limescale or stains and because of this it has not met my expectations inline with the product marketing. Also, if you have any hand mobility issues this is not for you as you have to squeeze hard and for long periods of time for the steam to come out.
