Great coffee machine
This machine brews a nice jug of coffee quickly and it’s easy to use. Keeps the coffee hot for about 45 minutes and it’s a nice looking machine. Good product.

Heating disappointment
My old coffee percolator died after 20 years of use! (They don't make them like that anymore do they?). I bought this Russell Hobbs one going by the name as a recommendation. It is very good and easy to use and brews very quickly. My old machine would keep the coffee very warm for an indefinite period of time but I very disappointed in that this model will only keep the coffee warm for just 45 minutes .

Makes a good cup of coffee
I am very happy with this product. It doesn't take long to brew my coffee which is good you can also set a time for when you would like your coffee to be made so very good for in the morning you wake up and your coffee is ready. It keeps you coffee hot for up to 40 minutes. You can get at least 4 mugs of coffee when you do a full pot or if you use a small coffee cup id say about 8 cups. And the filter is good you don't get any coffee powder at the bottom of your mug and it's easy to clean

Easy to use
Had one before but after many years it wasn't working so well. Bought a different replacement but wasn't happy with it then saw the this model was still available so I bought it. I'm happy with this product.

Advanced Drip Coffee Machine.
I prefer a drip coffee maker to other types of machine. This one is technically the most advanced I have owned, and it looks good on the kitchen work surface, especially when it lights up. Setting the timer is easy, as is programming it to make coffee later. I like to grind my own beans, but unless you put a filter in the permanent filter you will have a horrid clean-up to do - coffee grinds go everywhere and they can block-up your sink. If you use a filter you can just pull it out of the machine and throw the grinds straight into the bin. No mess, no bother, no worry.

I bought this about a month ago. It is brilliant, so easy to use , filters the coffee through with ease,. Just enough coffee for 3 mugs, only thing wrong it would be better if it kept the coffee warmer.

DCM - Drip Coffee Machine
Filter provided is useful but I'm also using the paper filters to help with coffee ground disposal and cleaning. Only had it for three weeks and I'm still figuring out the amount of coffee to water ratio as it tastes rather watery. Design ok and seems quite sturdy. I've not used the programmes/timers yet. It keeps the plate on hot 45 minutes.

"The unit comes with the permanent filter but not with paper filters. The permanent filter will be fitted in the basket and filled with coffee but some customers don't use plastic and they use the machine with disposal filters, and have to buy them themselves."

You can remove the carafe at any time. To prevent the filter holder overflowing, replace the carafe on the hotplate within about 20 seconds.
