About this product

Great addition for the lounge
I purchased this two weeks ago and I am really pleased with it. It is very attractive and fresh looking it has really brightened up my lounge. Being lightweight it is easy to roll up and hoover under, once placed back down it sits beautifully on the carpet without bunching up or moving location.

Bought these not long ago and have found them to be durable. They have a lovely pattern and the colour is bright with a lovely texture. I bought the rug grips as well and found it makes the rug nice and thick, would definitley recommend.

This product was on sale so I bought it. It is a good size for the money even when not on sale and is very soft. You have to flatten it out according to instructions. It would do for a small space. It seems very durable and will go the distance. The color is nice, a discreet grey. As said the pile is very soft.

Hi Sue. I bought this rug several months ago. I have looked on the label applied to the back of the rug - it says not to be used near an open fire. In bold capitals it goes on to say KEEP AWAY FROM FIRE. Hope this helps you decide.

Here is how it is recommended to clean a Polypropylene Rug yourself or you can take it to a professional dry cleaner - hope this helps
If the entire rug needs cleaning, after vacuuming, place it outside on a concrete surface (preferably sloped). Hose it down, wetting it thoroughly; either spray entire surface with cleaner (409 or Fantastic) or pour liquid soap directly onto the surface. With a scrub brush, work the cleaner/soap into the carpet, and then rinse rug thoroughly with hose until water runs clear. Lay the rug on a flat surface to dry, turning frequently. If you have a strong enough clothesline, lay the rug over line instead.

This rug has a 7mm tufted pile, you should look for rugs described as flatweave with pile content 100% polypropylene, an example is cottage blocks rug cat code 803/2575:
