This Executive Gas Lift Bar Stool from Argos Home provides relaxed kitchen seating with adjustable comfort and easy care. It features a padded seat and backrest that support you while you chat, eat or work at your breakfast bar. The white faux leather upholstery wipes clean after spills and marks. To adjust the height you just sit on the chair and use the adjuster underneath the chair to go lower, if you want to go higher you just come of the chair and push the adjuster up
