I bought this i couple months ago it's great only down side is i wish their wash and app you could download so I could keep track of usage

After a single use the console would not set as instructed and switched itself off after approximately 10 seconds. Full refund offered immediately by Argos so no biggy.

Received belt
Received belt easy to follow instructions started program and then beeped and then stopped tried again same thing so went on Argos technical help doesn't have any support connected Argos customer service and asked me to go to nearest agro's even tho I ordered it online as it was convenient as I have disability.

Ab belt
This belt is easy to use and with the heat function it feels soothing. It has an extender which is useful and It is definitely good for easing back pain with the heat function. A bottle of gel is included in the box which is to be used with the pads. I haven’t noticed any change yet but i have felt my stomach muscles getting toned. It’s easy to use and has 7 workout programs and 3 heat levels. What I really like about this belt is it can be used any where even at work. I haven’t seen any major change yet but hopefully with consistency i should see a change.

Good but pricey!
So this belt doesn't work miracles but it definitely helps tone slightly, although i havent seen a huge difference with the ab function i do feel a little firmer and im hoping with longer use i will see more noticable results. I felt my back ache eased off with the heat coming from the belt which is honestly the best feature for me, considering the price i would say its a little pricey for what it is as i'm yet to notice a big difference. It's very simple to use and has different settings of intensity which you can work up towards. You need to use the bodi tek gel and a 85ml is provided but after that's finished you have to buy separately. it's also good to note that this product can not be used or you have to consult a doctor if you have a number of health problems/conditions including high or low blood pressure, heart problems epilepsy etc so it's always best to check with your doctor before using this.

Feeling the benefits already
Smart little belt comes in a handy bag for easy storage. The heat function is great for lower back aches and pains and you can really feel it warm up quickly. The ab function feels like it's working those muscles, I'm quite a large guy so I could not feel program 1 but 2 and above you can really feel it working. The extra belt is good for all body sizes. The control panel is easy to use and view and the placement on the belt is fantastic.

Good product needs more time to see results
I had Bodi-Tel for a week I used several times its does stimulate the muscle quite a lot also it has extra features which is heat this can help more I think its good product but needs longer time to test and see the results Very good quality It has different intensity level it can be painful if you go straight to max level

Needs clearer instructions - hard to figure out
I am a size 18-20 and with the belt extender, this fits well. There are 15 levels of intensity levels to choose from. This is supposed to simulate exercise however I would have to use it for longer to explain the effects on me. You feel a contraction which some might feel uncomfortable at the higher level. Personally, I am not hopeful that this will do anything, but I am willing to give it a go! The 3 different heat levels was more beneficial due to experiencing back pain. This can also be used for stomach cramps (not whilst on your menstruation).

The are no replaceable pads with this EMS device.
The pads are permanent and are used with a conductive gel.
