Assuming you pay the current UK Price Cap rate of 26.35p per unit, it would cost that amount per-hour on setting 1, or double that, 52.7p per-hour, on setting 2. Unless you have a very-large room, it is unlikely you will need it on for a full-hour at a time, however.

Yes... it has two dials. The lower one lets you choose between cool-blow only, no heat, and then heat level 1 and heat level 2. The top dial lets you set when the heater will stop blowing. Once your room is hot enough, turn it counter-clockwise until it stops blowing

The supplier has advised the following for the Bush 2kW Flat Fan Heater:
“ Setting the temperature is easy to do.
• Select the heat setting as above, then rotate the thermostat control to maximum position. Once the desired room temperature has been reached, turn the
thermostat control anticlockwise until it clicks off then turn the control clockwise slowly until it clicks back on. The thermostat will now maintain the set temperature.
• The heater will turn on and off automatically maintaining the room temperature that you have set.
• You may need to adjust the thermostat control to fine tune the ideal room temperature.
Note: for a more economic use of your heater, it is suggested to initially run the fan on High until the room temperature has been reached, then set the heater to the low heat setting. ”
