Good value fan heater with thermostat
Due to the failure of my central heating system I needed an extra heater quickly. I knew there was an ARGOS at my local Sainsbury's and on checking they had this item in stock. I wanted a traditional type heater with thermostat and this model fitted the bill. Worked as expected and was a lifeline for my bedroom until I finally got the central heating fixed. It was a very cold snap as well.

Really useful little fan heater
I bought this because my living room is cold (suspended floor, north facing room) and the central heating struggles with this one room. This little heater is amazing. It heats the room really quickly and efficiently. The fan is strong and heats the large room easily. It switches off if one leg is not in contact with a hard surface, so if it tips, it turns off.

Assuming you pay the current UK Price Cap rate of 26.35p per unit, it would cost that amount per-hour on setting 1, or double that, 52.7p per-hour, on setting 2. Unless you have a very-large room, it is unlikely you will need it on for a full-hour at a time, however.
