I bought twin pack of night lamps to help our selfs to use toilet in pitch dark the lights we have pointed downwards to as to light the floor but not the room so as to not disturb our sleep And it does this job perfectly

These lights initially looked good but one very quickly started to flicker and now dims and turns off altogether. Wouldn’t recommend, especially for a child’s bedroom, as it disturbs more than it helps.

These work exactly as we needed, being swivelable, we can rotate them to illuminated the darkest part of our landing They are plenty bright enough to light up the required area, without upsetting our night vision As it is a twin-pack, we have only needed to deploy one, keeping the other as a spare They appear very well made

It doesn't have a lumens rating, it's only using 0.5w of power, so will only be 10-20 lumens max.
