Bodi-Tek Shape and Tone Ab Belt
Only tried for a week , so way to go for proper results, but I think it is working. Not a gym person , so will take a bit longer for results. Good to wear while on walks.

Ok, but not much oomph
Purchase as a replacement for a very old Slendertone. It’s OK, but fiddly to put on if you’re not a stick insect and have to use the extra strap as no real instructions about how to put straps on. A variety of programs but none of them seem to have that much strength (even on highest) setting when compared to the slendertone so doubt it will have much effect over time. Would return but you can’t once opened which, let’s face it, is the only way you will find out how well (or not) it works.

Upon receipt i looked and thought looks a quality piece of kit then i seitched ut in only 1 sude worked sent back waste of time

Shape and tone belt
Product it’s self is brilliant love that it’s such an easy control remote and can take off the pod on the belt to char. Initially I was really confused as the instructions were very vague but once I’d figured it out I found the actual product was amazing. Would highly recommend.

Gives your muscles a good workout
The box and contents look premium and as well as the belt you get a remote control, instructions and a pouch to keep everything in. The instructions are a little basic and it took me a little time to work out how to attach the belt and where I needed to put it. Once turned on I can certainly feel the belt working and there are plenty of levels to go through. I don't know if this will work in the long term but I can certainly feel it working now.

Nice sleek design
Nice simple design. It is compact, so easy to wear around the house without feeling hindered. The remote is a nice addition making it easy to switch on/off, change mode and intensity. You can definitely feel it working your abs to the point of feeling a little sore the next day, which is exactly what I would hope for. I can’t think of anything negative to say about it, I’d recommend to anyone looking for a little help toning their abs.

Works well along with excersise
Works well along with excersise. I was very happy to receive this. I have been looking at increasing my workouts and this is a fab add on. I use it along side excersises and I can definitely feel it. It's very easy to use and the instructions are clear, although it did take me a bit to figure out the controls. The different modes are great and plenty to choose from. It's comfortable to use and the extra straps make fitting it easy, I'm a 12-14 and had no issues with wearing it. It came with just one pair of the gel pads, I felt an extra pair would have been handy as I imagine after a while they will lose their stick. I felt like some of the modes weren't a great rythmn for me, although I got on great with the rest, this may depend on what type of workout you do. I found it great to use along side pilate type excersises and during planks. You can definitely feel it more after I've worn the belt. Overall I'm really happy with this toner belt and would definitely recommend to use it along side your workout.

Great addition to fitness routine!
This is a great addition to my fitness routine, I have used this Body-Tek belt every morning when walking, it is well made and comfortable, you can adjust the settings via the belt or the remote, very easy to use, put on & take off, you get two belts so you can easily adjust it to the size needed and just needs wiping clean after use. I would recommend this.

The Shape & Tone Ab Belt is primarily a “muscle toner” and its main function is to help deliver a more toned stomach. However doing any form of exercise whilst wearing the device will also help with fat burn

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Bodi-Tek Shape and Tone Ab Belt: I can confirm the actual minimum waist size is 25inches and maximum is 48inches. I have requested for this to be updated on our website.
