Life made easier
I brought this about a month ago, this has made my life so much easier and less stressful. It’s so easy to prepare and cools so quick. I couldn’t be without it out the house it’s a life saver. Only little disadvantage is they are quite heavy but when under a pushchair and not holding a baby bag it’s no issue.

I bought this not long ago and after using it for short period of time, the cooler started flashing red light and wouldn't stop and wouldn't show me if the water is hot or cold or if the cooler is working and there is no fix for it.

I can advise:
The lid contains a long-life battery which is sealed into the lid and is designed to last through the bottle feeding journey, the exact battery life is dependent on usage.
The cool element of the flask requires 3 hours to reset after use.
Once you have applied heat to the flask for the last time and leave it to rest the 3 hours will start.
So, if you washed the flask in hot water and then sterilised the re-set time will start post the cleaning and sterilisation stage.

"The flask can be used to prepare bottles up to 9oz. We recommend that the flask is cleaned and sterilised after every use as per NHS guidelines, due to being in contact with milk. Wash the flask in warm soapy water to clean and sterilise with 240ml of boiling water. Secure the lid and shake for 10 seconds. Stand upright for two minutes, then upside down for a further two minutes."

As this item has an internal lithium battery, I would recommend that it should be taken in hand luggage only as per usual airline guidelines. It should also be carried empty through security as per usual airport security rules on liquids. It’s always a good idea to check your specific airline’s guidelines for traveling with baby-related item.

Yes, the bottles supplied are used to make up your baby's feed. Firstly, use the hot flask to store boiling water when you leave the house. When it's time to feed your baby, transfer the desired amount of boiling water to the cool flask, add your formula, secure the lid and shake to mix the formula and start the cooling process. When the star on the LED digital lid turns blue, your little one's feed is ready to transfer into you Mam baby bottle.

"The boiling water will stay hot in the flask (to make up a feed) for a minimum of 4 hours depending on how much water is added to the flask."
