Very quiet, good suction on lowest setting, and over an hour run time on full charge. Only down side removing foot to use hose and accessories very hard particularly if you have arthritic hands but otherwise brilliant hoover.

Yes it does,the battery is not removable you have to stand it next to a plug socket,mine did not work out of the box would not charge, Argos where really helpful arranged for the faulty vac to be picked up and got a refund the next day.
Yes, a battery charger is included. This just plugs into a normal 13 amp socket.
