Razor keeps cutting out after 15 minutes shaving, leave it for a couple of minutes and lasts another 5 minutes, this happens until the battery is flat

Not quite as good as I hoped
I had hoped that buying a well respected shaver towards the top end of the market would be worth it. To be honest the performance is a little underwhelming, not quite getting as close as needed in places. I also picked this model for the extended warrantee - which was a pain to sort. The QR code to access the warranty did not work correctly, trying to get hold of anyone at Braun was near impossible as every option ended in a link sent and disconnection. The 6th try I actually got through to someone who was helpful and sent me the warranty via email. But Braun, it should not be this hard! Shame on you.
