The supplier has advised the following for the Aspire Caine Twill Kingsize Ottoman Bedframe - Grey:

“ The fabric base is not designed to hold the stored items at a certain height and is attached with Velcro. It is there to protect the end user's items being stored and the flooring under the bed.
The fabric may touch the floor when the stored items are loaded, however the Velcro would hold in place. The fabric base is unseen from a standing position but would be visible if customer is knelt down to look under the bed. ”
