Broken after just over a year with Samsung unabl
The freezer has been broken for almost two months, also ice dispenser has been broken for almost two months. Samsung has sent engineers 5x to fix it and failed every single time resulting in my food going to waste three times. The latest repair resulted in fridge side also not working. The last phone call to Samsung that lasted 1h 3mins resulted in … nothing they can do but they’ve created an email reference and someone will contact me. I have a toddler and no fridge or freezer. This is unbelievable from Samsung.

Seemed a disaster when our almost identical fridge freezer started playing up after 16 years of trouble free use. Replaced it with this one and already impressed with features. We struggled for a few days without ice but now back to normal. Thank you Samsung.

Exceeds expectations
We purchased this to replace our current American style fridge freezer the Samsung has a bigger capacity, more compartments, from what I can tell the cooling is much better it's one of only a few that are C rated for energy and as you'd expect from Samsung has modern technology built in, all in all this has exceeded our expectations.
