The size of this is length 180cm, width at chest 75cm. It’s a pretty standard average size adult sleeping bag. If someone is considerably taller though, they may wish to consider a longer one.

Having checked to see, to a degree this is personal and subjective so we cannot give an exact answer. It'd also depend on the temperature and humidity where you're using it. Also, I'd be guessing here that you'd be using it with some kind of tent or shelter that protects from the wind.
I can advise though that this has a 300gsm filling and is suitable for "Season 3", autumn and early winter. So, it's not likely to keep you too warm in the depths of winter but may get too warm in summer. It has a 100% recycled polyester filling and a brushed fabric lining.
