Good once you have installed it.
Bought to replace a similar but older model of Epson printer which had become life expired. Not the easiest printer to install on Windows 10 PC, but appears to function well - time will tell. Supplied inkjet cartridges have a very short life!

Although it's advised to use the Epson ink, you can use other brands as long as the cartridge is compatible with the printer.
The ReadyPrint Flex subscription isn't mandatory to use the printer.

The supplier has confirmed. You do not need a subscription for the Epson XP-2205 Inkjet Printer - ReadyPrint Flex Compatible, and you can buy the cartridges from a third party to Epson. However, if you do ever sign up for a subscription, please be aware that Epson's software may require you to remain subscribed from that point onwards.
