The clock features a white cuckoo bird that pops out and sings every hour from 7am to 9pm. The cuckoo sound matches the hour, for example once at 1 o’clock and twelve times at 12 o’clock. It has a simple “kookoo” sound without flashing lights or extra noise.
Battery operated with a quartz mechanism. Requires 3 x C batteries for full clock and cuckoo function, or 1 x C battery for clock-only use. Batteries are not included. The volume can be adjusted, and the cuckoo function can be switched off by removing the cuckoo batteries.
