The Hyundai HYPS5200X is a 52cc petrol-powered long-reach pole saw designed for pruning tall branches, high hedges, and overgrown trees safely from the ground. Extending up to 2.7 metres, it eliminates the need for ladders, making woodland maintenance and garden tree care effortless and safe.
Performance and Reach
Powered by a high-torque 52cc 2-stroke EURO 5 petrol engine (1.45kW / 2hp), the HYPS5200X delivers reliable cutting power through dense branches. Its 10-inch (260mm) Oregon bar and chain provide smooth, clean cuts with a chain speed of 20m/s. The three-piece extension shaft allows working heights up to 4 metres, while the split-shaft design ensures compact storage and easy transport.
Comfort and Control
Equipped with an ergonomic loop handle, dual-shoulder harness, and anti-vibration technology, this pole saw minimizes operator fatigue during extended use. The automatic chain lubrication system maintains optimal bar performance, and the recoil easy-start system ensures hassle-free ignition every time.

Always read the user manual before use and always follow the safety instructions. Operators must always wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)—including non-skid safety footwear, heavy-duty work gloves, eye protection, ear defenders, and long trousers—and keep children, pets, and bystanders at a safe distance of at least 15 meters. Because engine exhaust contains poisonous, odorless carbon monoxide gas, the tiller must only be operated outdoors in well-ventilated areas away from windows, doors, and vents. Handle fresh E5 or E10 unleaded petrol with extreme caution outdoors, avoiding smoking, overfilling, or refueling while the engine is running or hot, and ensure 4-stroke engine oil (SAE30 or 10W-30) is filled to the upper mark on the dipstick. Thoroughly inspect the work area to clear stones, wires, and obstacles, operate only on level ground, and use the front guide wheel for transport and the depth gauge to set the tilling height. Always maintain a firm grip on the handlebars with both hands, engage the tines by pressing down the Operator Presence Control (OPC) lever after starting via electric start or recoil, and always stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug cap before clearing mud or debris from the blades, making adjustments, or performing maintenance.
