The Hyundai HYC6200X is a powerful yet lightweight 62cc 2-stroke petrol chainsaw, designed for demanding DIY and garden tasks. Ideal for felling large trees, cutting firewood, and general garden clearance, it delivers high cutting performance with a professionally engineered 20" (50cm) bar and chain.
Its EURO 5 engine technology reduces fuel consumption and emissions while maintaining excellent cutting power. The 2-stroke design provides an impressive power-to-weight ratio, and at just 6.9kg (including bar and chain), it's comfortable to use for extended periods.
The HYC6200X features an easy recoil start system for reliable starting, while the side-mounted chain tensioner allows quick, simple adjustments. An automatic chain lubrication system keeps the chain running smoothly, reducing wear and helping maximise performance with regular maintenance.

Always read the user manual before use and always follow the safety instructions. Operators must wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)—including a safety helmet with a face shield, ear defenders, safety glasses, protective gloves, cut-resistant trousers/clothing, and heavy-duty safety boots—and keep children and bystanders at a safe distance. Due to toxic carbon monoxide exhaust fumes, the 2-stroke engine must only be operated outdoors in well-ventilated areas far away from doors, windows, and vents. Always handle fuel with extreme caution outdoors, mixing fresh unleaded petrol with semi-synthetic 2-stroke oil at a 40:1 ratio, and ensuring the chain lubrication oil tank is filled before use. Ensure proper assembly and tension of the saw chain—making sure it fits snugly along the guide bar rail without sagging—and test the chain brake before each operation. Always hold the chainsaw firmly with both hands (thumbs and fingers encircling the handles), maintain solid footing on level ground, and disengage the chain brake before accelerating. Never cut above shoulder height, attempt plunge cuts with the guide bar tip, or operate the saw if safety guards are missing or damaged. Finally, always stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug lead before inspecting, cleaning, adjusting chain tension, or carrying out any maintenance
