The CASO Design EspressoGourmet is a premium portafilter espresso machine featuring a professional-grade 19 bar pump, a dual-circuit heating system for simultaneous brewing and steaming, and an automatic pre-brew function. These advanced technologies eliminate temperature instability and uneven extraction, delivering café-quality espresso with a rich crema and proper body. A front-mounted live analogue manometer lets you monitor brewing pressure in real time, while the stainless steel steam lance creates dense microfoam from both dairy and plant-based milks for lattes, flat whites, and cappuccinos.

Designed for effortless daily use, the machine includes a top-mounted cup warming plate, a large 1.5-litre removable water tank, and an easy-clean removable drip tray.
