About Hyundai 2nd Generation 20V Range:
The HY20CPHT is part of Hyundai’s 2nd Generation 20V cordless tool range, sharing the same interchangeable battery system across grass trimmers, leaf blowers, pole saws, chainsaws, and more for convenient multi-tool use. Note: Batteries and chargers from the 1st Generation 20V range are not compatible.
Always read the user manual before use and always follow the safety instructions. Operators must wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)—including eye protection, ear defenders, a dust mask, head protection, protective gloves, and non-skid safety footwear—and keep children and bystanders at a safe distance. To reduce the risk of electrocution, always maintain a sufficient distance (at least 10m) from overhead electrical power lines and never operate the tool in rain or damp environments. Always hold the pole hedge trimmer firmly with both hands, use the supplied shoulder strap to assist with balance and reduce fatigue, and operate only while standing securely on ground level rather than on ladders or unstable supports. Ensure the locking sleeve and locking knobs for pole extension and head angle adjustment are firmly secured before use. Never touch the moving cutting blades or attempt to clear jammed material until the power switch is turned off and the 20V lithium-ion battery pack is removed. Always store or transport the machine with the blade sheath fitted and the battery removed.
