Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
1 Avoid using Duracell batteries, as they may not be compatible with this product. Please try a different battery brand.
2 Check that the batteries are inserted correctly. Incorrect polarity may prevent the faucet from operating.
3 Ensure you are using new batteries with sufficient charge.
4 Make sure the water level is high enough to fully submerge the water intake valve.
5 After switching on the faucet, allow it to run for at least 10 seconds, as it may need time to expel trapped air from the system.
6 If you can hear the motor running but no water is flowing, remove the faucet from the water and switch it on. Let it run for 3–5 seconds to release any trapped air. Then place the faucet back into the water. It should begin working normally.
