A welcome addition to my Ninja family
I bought this a few weeks ago and I love how versatile it is. I’ve used the slow cooker (creamy rice pudding), steam/air fry combination (jacket potatoes) and of course the air fryer alone (chips, sweet potato fries). I’ve even made an American style cheesecake which was super quick and tasted delicious. I’m finding it much better for air frying than my FlexDrawer (will still get used a lot) for the jacket potatoes and chips, they taste like proper chips without the extra fat!!! Win, win!! It’s also super easy to clean and has the most incredible non stick coating. I’m looking forward to trying out all of the functions.

Good machine, instructions need improving.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well once you’ve mastered how it all functions - recipe book and/or instructions could be more user friendly. Number of recipes pretty basic.

Poor quality
Was good when it worked but packed upnafter just 2 and a half years. I took it to bits to try and fix it but found the wires had snapped inside the hinge so binned it. Gutted wasnt cheap either shaken my trust in Ninja.

Goes bad after 18 months with Plug-in error.
Whilst this has been a very good product for everyday cooking. I’d like to warn you that it will randomly go bad after 18 months with a plug-in error. This is caused because a wire in the hinge of the lid has cut. If you have a look at the wire, it is so short, there is no way it would not have cut especially because of its placement. I genuinely think it’s a deliberate move to make sure buyers keep buying. Not getting anywhere near ninja again.

Fantastic Kitchen Appliance
I’ve had our ninja air fryer for over three years and it is well used. Cooking chips & steak is so quick and it cooks so well. I have cooked our Christmas turkey in our air fryer and it was so moist and tender. I am looking forward to cooking stews in the upcoming winter.

A helpful and much-needed kitchen essential
I am so glad I bought the Ninja Foodi 11-in-1 SmartLid multi-cooker. It has made cooking a much more delightful experience. It allows me to cook different food in a very short time. I'm impressed with its ability to pressure cook. Bake, air fry, grill and steam all in one pot. I would usually not cook much due to the time it takes, but since I got this pressure cooker, my love for cooking has come alive. I look forward to exploring more recipes with this multi-cooker. And might I add that the capacity was even more than what I thought it was? I'll definitely recommend it.

Good gadjet
So far so good. This is not the first time using Ninja multicooker and they are brilliant but does normally only last for 2 years. Our old one broke just after two and a half years of usage. I only wish they could last longer, especially keeping in mind they are pricey.

Do not use base replacements unless you clean and
Bought 2023. Failed within guarentee. Sent base replacements twice as top base element full of grease.
