Some printers use more heat to print; we don't. Easy to use and economical
Bought for my dad to copy and print a bunch of old photos. The print quality is good and it's pretty easy for a 75 year old guy who's rather clueless at computers to do copies (after setting it up for him anyway). Looks like the ink that came with the printer will last a good while, even with all the photos being printed. Seems like ink tanks are the future!

Amazing printer
This printer is amazing the only thing is the little digital screen could be wider as I struggle to see close up and it’s hard to enlarge items. But if you can use the app that comes with it it helps

Epson ET 2850 tank printer
Bought this a month ago. The first one would not print . After spending hours on help desk calls Epson finally agreed to replace the printer. The promised next day delivery eventually arrived 4 days later. The promised £50 cash back was extremely difficult to submit and even more difficult to obtain. Epson claimed i had not submitted the required information on my receipt and my claim was rejected. The claim website would not accept my product details and I had to email my receipt again to another email address that was buried in a hidden part of the website. I have now received confirmation that my receipt is indeed valid but I am still waiting for my £50! Print quality on photos is not as good as my old HP printer but the cost of HP ink was extortionate. I should have tried a Canon printer. The paper tray is ridiculously small and does not fully support the paper so the ibstruction advise you not to leave paper in the tray as it will curl up! Not much use when the printer is in a different room.

Hello there,
After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Epson EcoTank ET-2850 Wireless Inkjet Printer: The inks that come with the unit are: Black (Pigment ink) and Colours (Dye based). We do not supply 'sublimation' ink with this printer. Sublimation ink is typically used in the world of crafting to create transfers that then use heat to transfer the image to a t-shirt for example. Special transfer paper needs to used for this as well.

The Epson Smart Panel app is designed to be used to control and manage your printer while on the same network or Wi-Fi connection. It doesn't offer remote printing from another location.
