The bracelet can be engraved with up to 12 characters in a stylish font. The bracelet is expandable so it can be easily and safely adjusted to slip on and off the baby's wrist. Poor customer service!
The listing does not make it clear that the words “always watching over you” will be imprinted on the bangle as well as the personalisation that you ask for. I have emailed 3 times as not happy with this product and heard nothing back. Argos should do more with third party sellers on their platform as it’s a waste of money as I now can’t gift this as I wanted to, as it seems as if it’s a bereavement piece which is not the tone I need. I just wanted it personalised with a name and nothing else. Listing is very misleading!

within a month the item has started losing its polish it is tuning into black and it is meant to be for kids, if there is any infection will have to sue Argos in court action. have complained and was meant to receive a call from manager but nothing happened. completely unacceptable
