Does the job
It does the job but doesn't fit our carrycot pushchair very well which I thought it might as it said universal...turns out it's better for strollers and too loose for the carrycot but I guess that's a given considering it's called a stroller cover!

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Koodi Real Sun Shady Stroller Cover: ''I can confirm that the stroller cover is attached using velcro but unfortunately it is not suitable for the use of wheelchairs.''

This is quick and easy to fit to most strollers, pushchairs and three wheelers and should be fine for use with an Ocarro pushchair.

The Koo-di Real Sun Shady Stroller Cover is designed to fit the majority of strollers, pushchairs and three wheelers. I have not been able to locate a Joie Rosey stroller but there is a Joie Nitro stroller (Rosy in colour) which should be compatible with the sun shade cover. The Joie Baby Aire Twin Stroller which is also advertised as Rosy would not be compatible with the cover.
