The mattress protector has a knitted skirt suitable for a mattress depth up to 30cm. The mattress protector is machine washable and line dry.

Bought following surgery. It’s as described and fits the mattress perfectly (king size). When I unwrapped the protector it did rustle and sound very plastic so I was a little dubious but when I got into bed it’s wasn’t a problem at all. I have not had to test out its waterproofing.

The Habitat Waterproof Mattress Protector - Double has a laminated PU backing cover which may make some noise. We do not recommend using the sheet over an electric blanket.
