No, the Sony SRS-XB23 Bluetooth connecting or disconnecting notifications cannot be turned off, only the voice guidance associated with the remaining battery power can be turned on and off.

After checking with the supplier, I can confirm this Sony SRS-XB23 Bluetooth Portable Speaker can be connected to a Jam Vinyl Bluetooth Turntable Record Player via a 3.5mm jack to USB Type C cable.
