great ankle weights!!
I bought this a couple of weeks ago and i don’t regret it. I use them as well as dumbbells when i do my ab workouts and it has really helped me grow my abs. They are also super useful doing leg lifts/ elbow raises to add extra weight instead of holding a dumbbell with your feed. The velcro is really strong too.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Opti Wrist and Ankle Weights - 2 x 1kg: They should be used in accordance with the instructions. As the water might loosen them or make them heavier.

No, they are not washable. It is recommended to spot rub surface only.

Our supplier has advised that the Opti Wrist and Ankle Weights - 2 x 1kg are made from SBR and iron sand and they are not washable.

The weights are not adjustable. I find 1 kg is heavy enough for me. Besides the weights slow down the speed at which I walk.
