Awning
As an ex awning builder the only problem I see with the product is that the extending arms. My awning is a 2m cloth, the arms are for a 3m cloth. Therefore, the arms can not be extended to their full extent. Apart from this minor issue..a very nice awning.

The brackets sit along the back bar of the awning, so they don’t require any additional length.

"The winding handle is located in the left hand side of the item and can not be moved to the right.
However the handle does not need to stay in place at all times and is attached via a simple hook."

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: There is no cassette with this awning. The fabric wraps itself on a roller when wound back. There is a front balance on the frontage.

After reading the instruction manual I can advise that there is no minimum measurement provided for the awning to be away from the window. The recommended installation height for the Greenhurst Berkeley Garden Awning - 3m is 2.5m - 3.5m
