After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Hilka 2 Tonne Car Trolley Jack: The ground clearance of a Tesla is 140mm and thus it would be very close. If an additional jacking pad is needed this may be too much to allow clearance.
Hilka does sell a low profile 2 tonne trolley jack but this is not listed by Argos.
I would suggest the customer double checks the lifting range vs the jacking point on his car and considers any additional height of additional jackings pads.
Finally, please note if the customer is conducting any work on an electric vehicle always worth double checking with the manufacture or a trained professional as there may be some specific requirements to avoid damage to battery pack or personal injury.

I can confirm this is suitable. It should not be used to lift a car with a gross weight of more than 2 tonnes.

Weight wise it will lift it without and issue. However the ground clearance on the Nissan may mean the jack will not lift it as high as you would need. It would all depends on why you are raising it. I.E to change a tyre or for other repairs.

Hello, thank you for the question. This item would not be suitable for a 3.25Tonne motorhome. The max capacity is 2 Tonne. Even if lifting only one corner it could still be too much weight for the jack. Argos sell our 3 Tonne trolley jack (Argos code 940/2623) but again this would not give enough lifting capacity. You may find a Hilka 5 Tonne Bottle Jack to be more suitable for your requirements. Regards, Hilka Tools
Hello, thank you for the question. This jack is suitable for 2 tonne max lifting weight with a lifting range of 135 to 340mm. Looking online a Vauxhall Mokka has a curb weight of 1,293 kg and a ground clearance of 160mm. It would thus be within the max working range. Regards, Hilka Tools.
