Remove the lid, and away you go. With variable temperatures from 160-190 degrees, you can cook everything from chicken and fish to chips and battered veg. Made from stainless steel with a 3-litre oil capacity for 600g food, it's perfect for families.
And with a removable lid and bowl compartments, it nice and easy to clean after use.

The supplier has advised the following for the Cookworks XJ-10302 Semi Professional Deep Fat Fryer:
The Manufacturer advises to not fill past the maximum 3 Litre level or below the minimum 2.5 Litre level marked inside the oil tank. 1.5 litres would not be enough in this case.

This really depends on portion size. The Cookworks XJ-10302 Semi Professional Fryer - Stainless Steel can hold 600g of chips and approx 100g is 1 portion size. So it could feed a family of 4.

I would say No if you want to cook for 4 people in one go , but yes if you do 2x2 .
