The Cookworks XJ-10302 Semi Professional Deep Fat Fryer delivers golden crispy results with a 3-litre oil capacity that handles up to 850g of frozen chips or 600g of other food, enough for 3 to 4 people. Variable temperature control from 130 to 190C lets you fry chicken, fish, battered vegetables, or thick-cut chips at the right heat. Its 2000W power heats oil quickly, and the rise-and-fall basket drains excess oil. Stainless steel construction is durable, and the removable bowl and lid make cleaning easier.
The safety cut-out keeps things secure if temperatures climb too high, and at 37.5cm tall by 22cm wide and deep, it sits neatly on your worktop without dominating the space. You'll get a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee for reassurance, so you can enjoy proper home-cooked fried food whenever the craving strikes.

Defective device sold to me
On getting the fryer home, after putting it together, i noticed that the handle could not properly fit the fryer which made using this device very difficult. Its just shows poor customer service and making money at all cost that a defective devise was sold to me.

Our old fryer broke and we decided to try a different type of fryer, the cook works has the capacity good enough for us having control over temperature to get really good crispy chips. being able to empty tank easily and clean is perfect. A really good purchase.

Decent enough but...
Alright as a fryer but the basket is bordering dangerous. Handle doesn't fit right and the hooks come out easily from the basket. Certainly no good when giving your chips a shake.

The Manufacturer advises to not fill past the maximum 3 Litre level or below the minimum 2.5 Litre level marked inside the oil tank. 1.5 litres would not be enough in this case.
