I bought these light bulbs in conjunction with a table lamp. The bulbs give out sufficient light without being 'over powering'. 8 am pleased with my purchase.

Wrong bulbs for touch lamps.
These are the bulbs Argos recommend for the touch lamps I bought and are completely the wrong ones, they don’t work with the 3 stages of light. It clearly says in description you need a globe type bulb, so I waisted £7 buying these.

Dont work with lamp
Bought two bedside dimmer lamps and these were one of the suggested bulbs on the Argos website. When we put them in the lamps the bulbs just flashed on and off on the low dimmer setting and were the same brightness on the higher dimmer settings. Replaced the bulbs with a different make and the lamps worked fine.

Yes, these 4W bulbs have an E14 bulb base. I needed this for the kitchen area's exhaust hood with this specification (see picture attached) - where a previous tenant had put in an E14 60W bulb!

takes an SES bulb of max. 60W but can be LED up to 10W. The Osram 40W Filament LED Candle SES Bulbs are 4W LED giving equivalent of 40W output.
