As good as its predecessor
Our 15 year old faithful panasonic microwave died, and we were pleased to see the NNCT55 as a Which? best buy. Other than some minor differences in the controls layout this seems every bit as good as the old one

Bought this for my mum to replace the same (older) model she has had for well over 10 years, probably 15. Easy operation and very good instruction leaflet. If ot lasts as well as her previous model we'll be delighted. She is very pleased withbit.

reliable machine
I have had three of these over about 15 years or so and they have all had a lot of use and have been reliable - the reasons for replacement were all normal wear and tear - the one I have just replaced was still working but the light inside had blown and the grill was not as powerful as when new - it was about seven years old.

Panasonic 1000W Combination Microwave Oven 27L NN-CT56 Black:
This oven is intended for Counter-top use only. It is not intended for built-in use or for use inside a cupboard. Oven must be placed on a flat, stable surface 85 cm / 33 ½ inch above floor level, with rear of oven placed against a back wall. For proper operation, the oven must have sufficient air flow. i.e. 5cm /2inch at one side, the other being open; 15cm /6inch clear over the top; 10cm /4inch at the rear.
