VAX SpotWash effectively removes spills and stains, by combining powerful suction and hygienic cleaning tools with a specifically formulated cleaning solution. Including a Multi-purpose and Hard Floor Scrub attachment, this versatile spot cleaner is suitable for use on; carpet, upholstery, stairs, car interiors and sealed hard floors. The 1.5m long hose and compact design is convenient for cleaning above the floor, while the self clean function conveniently flushes the hose out after use, helping to remove dirt and debris left in the hose.

I got this cleaner as my two settees needed a clean. They came up lovely and nice to see the dirty water actually being taken off the settees as opposed to a hand wash when the dirt is not removed like this . I did my grandchildren’s bedroom carpet as well after decorating and that also came up a treat.

Brilliant little cleaner.
I bought a car and the seats were cream but dirty.i bought this and the shampoo. The suction is brilliant and doesn't half lift the dirt.the water was very brown.i went over it a few times to suck all water up I could.the next day when seats were completely dry they were honestly like a new car seat. The difference it made and the shampoo left a lovely smell.very happy with purchase.

Upright carpet cleaners are designed for larger areas, to deep clean entire rooms.

I can advise that this can be used on older stains. I would recommend obtaining and correctly diluting the Vax carpet cleaner solution, spraying the stain with the carpet cleaner, using the scrapper end to work the solution into the stain and then letting it soak in for 5-10 minutes before then going over it. You may have to repeat this several times. Some very dark or very old stains may not come out entirely.
