Effective vacum
The vacum suction is very effective. It's light to use. It's top heavy so the wall holder is needed. The problem i have is that it's difficult to detach the main hose to put the nozzle on. I need 2 hands and have to put my foot on the base while i pull the parts apart.

Excellent Cordless Vacuum Cleaner
I bought this VAX a week ago, to replace one I had for a number of years. It is the same reliable cleaner that I have got used to. The head of the brush is smaller, but that makes it easier to get under furniture etc. Knowing VAX products are so hard wearing and trustworthy, I will be using this for years to come.

Vax upgrade
Purchased this to replace existing Vax to cope with clearing up from 3 large dogs. So pleased with this, amazed how much suction it has with dust and dog hairs. Carpet pile looks great once all gone over. It does collect hairs around the brush but this cleans easily enough.

Bought as a gift. As i already own a Vax. Brillant for picking up dog hair , easy to empty and lightweight to carry.

Too heavy
Brought this hoover a month ago, unfortunately this model is not as good as the last one I had. It’s heavier to hold, the dust bag feels up so quickly and it keeps stopping red like comes on, needs the brush removing hairs every time you use it. Very disappointing!

Battery Life
Not as good as others, I have 4 other vax machines which I’m very happy with, but this new one does not have the same battery life as the others.

Complicated and Difficult to Clean
The name doesn't stand up to the use. Hair gets tangled up in the roller, which by the way is practically IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE. Suggestion to use a coin is hopeless unless you have EXTREMELY STRONG HANDS. In short a very disappointing buy and would definitely not recommend for anyone elderly or with long haired pets.
