The Habitat Dartford Double End Lift Ottoman Bed sorts your storage problems while giving you a comfortable place to sleep. It's wrapped in soft linen fabric that feels lovely and suits most bedroom styles. Lift the end and there's generous hidden space for duvets, spare bedding, or seasonal clothes, all tucked away out of sight. Sprung wooden slats give your mattress proper support and keep air moving underneath. The upholstered headboard's included, you just add the mattress and you're ready to go.
The base holds a proper amount of storage, enough for all those bulky items you don't use daily but need close by. The feet lift the frame slightly off the floor, so you can clean underneath without any awkward manoeuvring. Assembly requires two people, all the fixings and instructions are provided. It comes with a one-year guarantee for peace of mind.

Nice bed
I like the colour of the bed and it was relatively easy to build. However I don’t think that it is a true ottoman bed as there is only a piece of Velcro edged cloth to add the bottom, not a proper base. Therefore if you want to move it at all you have to remove everything from inside and then move it.

Great steady bed, well constructed
I bought this bed a few weeks ago now and it has been great. Was built without any issues, with secure and strong fixings. Bed is very stable and secure. No creaking. Storage area beneath is also great with loads of room to store stuff. Fabric of a good quality. Happy with the purchase.

A thicker mattress would be suitable although it may not open fully or as much as it would with a thinner mattress due to the thickness.
