Purchased this vacuum for my 3 bed house with laminate and carpet. It is ideal for both surfaces as easy to adjust suction power. Has great pick up power if needed and very easy to empty the contents, no bags required so saves money. Long power flex and storage upright saves valuable space over a cylinder version. Only one additional gadget included in purchase but one can buy more. Recommended.

Bought this to replace my other vacuum. It is a little on the heavy side, especially when doing the stairs. Could have done with more attachments, as I have purchased these separately. But good suction and a light to show you on the floor.

Fantastic hoover
I bought this and I am pleasantly surprised. I have always been a dyson animal women. This shark hoover is so much lighter, easier to manoeuvre, easier to empty. So much quieter and sucks up big bits which my dyson would just flick around. I am really pleased. The only thing that lets it down is that it didnt come with a dusting tool. As i am disabled this is sooooo much better and doesn't leave me in mad pain.

The Shark NV180UK comes only with the Crevice Tool as an attachment, and there are additional spare parts available for sale if needed.
We do not offer replacement fittings for this vacuum. However, you can buy replacement parts on the Shark website.
The on/off switch can be found on the motorbase, right behind the dustcup handle.
The filters can be rinsed for cleaning. We recommend changing the filters once every 6-8 months, depending on the frequency the vacuum is used.
This vacuum comes equipped with a hard-floor setting, which makes the brush roll spin slowly, and a carpet setting, which allows it to spin more quickly for efficient cleaning. Please note that the brush roll cannot be turned off completely.

Since the Shark NV180UK has a detachable hose, and also tools like a crevice tool or dusting brush, it might work, but this will depend on the size between the floor and ceiling as well.
To remove Dust Cup, slide up the release button on the dust cup handle. Tilt dust cup forward, then lift to remove, then press the release button to open bottom of dust cup. And to remove the collected debris from Lint Screen, press the top release button and lift the handle to open the dust cup, and after gently brush lint screen to clean.
We recommend regularly rinsing the filters to maintain their suction power. Please allow at least 24 hours for each filter to dry before attempting to use them again.
