Not as easy to use as my Dyson.was.
Quieter and lighter than my Dyson ball was, but not as easy on the manoeuvrability. Click down is stiff. I couldn't work out why it refused to push along but found that there is a press function that controls the height of the head. It's hard to fathom how to work this as the press down function doesn't always remedy the problem and several attempts are necessary. It seems that when putting pressure on the head to click down it accidentally reverts to a lower head. Not happy with that. There seems to be a good pick up in the container but sometimes it doesn't take up the odd bit to the side whereas my Dyson would and I have to go over a few times to pick up some bits. The extension pipe with tools is a bit clumsy to use due to the large handle, and it only came with two tools. I have bought a pack of compatible tools quite cheaply. Unfortunately, after a straight test run downstairs which didn't show the problems I decided to keep it, and put the box outside for recycling and it rained on it, otherwise I would have returned it and picked a different model. The wrapping inside was strong recyclable paper so all of the packaging is recyclable. I will have to put up with it for a couple of years before buying a replacement.

fantastic Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the shark NV180 out for the first time on my carpet the suction was fantastic the best I’ve ever had . The dirt on my laminate flooring was easily cleaned, I found out it was to easily to push around and when I needed to empty the dust up just a push of a button with ease
