Flagship options at a budget price
Bought as a gaming tv for my son. Seems to be the only tv in this size that has a 144hz gaming mode. There are a few panel technologies now but for everyday use, bright room, dark room, netlix, gaming i cant fault it. Really pleased with the picture quality so far, loses a little detail when viewed off center but that is to be expectrd with this screen technology but for the price this is great.

An expensive nightmare
I bought this TV exactly one month ago - 27 June - and today is 27 July. I paid £345 in June. The price of the TV today is £269. It's not on sale or any offer or anything. The price has simply changed and dropped on Argos website. I don't just feel like I've been ripped off by nearly a ton, I know it! The TV has rubbish sound like others have mentioned. I ended up buying a compatible soundbar also from Argos where I probably got ripped off with that too. Wish I hadn't bothered with any of it. The TV is very difficult to finetune the picture settings for a happy medium, even when assisted by AI on my computer it was a struggle and it still isn't the right balance for all programmes. A nightmare trying to get the TV, and the cable TV box, and the soundbar, all to work from one remote control - a task even AI couldn't solve! And I asked 2 different AI's for help. I also have an old DVD player which I didn't even bother connecting due to the complexity of configuring the other devices with the TV.

Does everything I want
Tv colour is great. Very clear with great contrast and brightness. Responsiveness is very quick. Sound quality is good enough but think I would like to upgrade to a soundbar in the future but I also don’t think it’s necessary.
