Very impressed, good value for money
My review is based on the value of the TV, considering it’s not a high end, high budget TV, you can’t go wrong with it. Worth upgrading a little bit more for the features this TV has. Great features: UI - seems smooth and responsive, easy to navigate. Sound - The speakers point downwards instead of backwards towards the wall. This sounds better and creates a bit less vibration/muffling from walls. Picture - very happy with it, 4K is great and it’s a QLED so colours look great to me. Design - as you can see from the stock images, it has thin bezels and has good minimalistic feet - very sleek Screen mirroring - has AirPlay2 for iOS and another software equivalent for other phones so you can cast/mirror to your TV. Has Alexa support and comes with a wake up feature to play sounds whilst you wake up. I don’t use it but it’s a cool feature. Gaming features that I find good value for money: 144hz - Smooth gameplay for any gamers out there. You don’t get that on a lot of TV’s VVR - Variable Refresh Rate lets the monitor dynamically match the frame rate that your console/PC can output, which makes the image/gameplay smoother - no screen tearing 3 x HDMI 2.1 ports - Latest HDMI version which is future proof Cons: Remove has buttons for a bunch of services which I think makes the remote look uglier but it’s convenient for the ones I use like Netflix and YouTube.

Great Value/ great for gaming
I bought this TV as I wanted something to hook my PS5 up to. For this purpose, I was specifically looking for a TV with a high refresh rate and a 4K display. This TV was the only one I could find in this price range that was any good for gaming. I'm not disappointed. An added bonus: the operating system runs fast which is a huge improvement over the last Hisense TV I owned.

The VIDAA OS app store has a growing collection of apps, If this isn't available to download onto the TV, there is an option to cast it from another device such as a tablet or phone, using Miracast.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Hisense 43 Inch 43E78QTUK PRO Smart 4KUHD HDR QLED Freely TV: On the 43E78QTUK PRO, the 144 Hz refresh rate is primarily available in Game Mode (or Gaming picture mode).
In normal picture modes (such as Standard, Movie, or TV/streaming content), the TV operates at lower refresh rates, typically 60 Hz or 120 Hz, because broadcast and streaming content does not support 144 Hz.
The TV will only run at 144 Hz when:
A compatible gaming device or PC is connected
The device outputs a high-frame-rate signal (up to 144 Hz)
Game Mode is enabled on the TV
