Good but. . .
Great optics and obviously a high quality product but there are a few things we don't really like: 1) you can adjust the angle of the mirror but not the height, my wife and I are very different heights, we find the fold mirror much better from that point of view 2) the daylight setting seems so far away from the normal colour of day light, except maybe at golden hour that it isn't really of any value 3) it would have been nice if there was a way to flip between the different magnification mirrors with out getting finger prints on them What we do like: 1) Quality optics 2) different magnifications 3) battery life 4) build quality

Amazing mirror
Great mirror. Love the different magnifications and adjustable brightness. This is an expensive item but, having previously had a smaller Simple Human mirror, the quality and longevity of the products are second to none. Sturdy and stylish.

Very poor instructions - how does it actually work?
How do you know when the mirror is fully charged? Is there actually an indication of this? The instructions don't tell you.The instructions are so poor it is difficult to understand how the mirror works. We need to keep it in a cupboard and the sensor means it lights up constantly. So we have to turn it off. When we get it out, we have to turn it back on. Then the sensor seems to work some times and not others. It then will turn off during use - flat battery or sensor? How can you tell how charged it is? How can you tell what mode it is in when you touch the sensor to make it light up?Mechanically this is a good mirror. However, the electronic control and 'user interface' are confusing. The instructions don't help this.
